SALES
We
sell to members of the public via our Retail showroom which is
Open 6 days a week from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday.
Our
staff are trained to offer advice on lighting design and many
having completed the Lighting Association's training course. We
are members of the Retail Division of The Lighting Association
(UK) and are the 4th member out of a total of 3500 retailers to
have achieved the coveted Retailer Good Practice Certification
award. We offer the complete solution to home lighting covering
both interior and exterior light fittings together with a full
range of electrical accessories and cables for the DIY enthusiast.
Our
showroom contains a vast display of light fittings backed up by
an extensive stock holding for off the shelf availability. We
specialise in the supply of light bulbs with over 500 types available
and a fast ordering service for specials. Our over 60's Club operates
on Wednesdays with discounts of up to 10% available for members.

by all major Credit and Debit cards
TRADE
SALES
Our
trade sales division operates separately from our retail sales
operation. Bona fide Trade customers ranging from small single
operation contractors to local authorities are serviced from our
trade counter with a separate pricing structure.
We
operate 2 tiers of trade clients:
1)
The Trade Cash customer who prefers to pay when collecting goods
from our Trade counter. A detailed receipt and invoice of goods
collected is available at the point of sale generated by our computerised
system. Trade Cash cards are issued on the Trade counter on completion
of an application form together with a company letterhead. On
production of the card before the sale commences - trade prices
are applied. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque and all major
credit cards. Application forms are available instore.
2)
The Trade Account for a customer who prefers to be invoiced on
a monthly basis and is making regular monthly purchases. Account
application forms are issued by mail and subject to satisfactory
references and a company letterhead can be opened usually within
10 working days. Customers may choose to collect the goods after
faxing telephoning or e-mailing an order or we are able to deliver
on a daily basis in the Coventry area. Deliveries outside of Coventry
are sent by next day carrier. (Charges may apply).
Trade customers may introduce clients to our lighting showroom
where they will be looked after by the lighting staff and goods
invoiced to their trade account. We are happy to work with builders
and specifiers on complete lighting schemes for housing, hotel
and nursing home developments.
Our
Electrical Division can handle enquiry's for specials whether
they be light bulbs or electrical accessories - we are able to
quote on complete projects or one offs. Our main speciality is
the stocking and sourcing of a wide variety of light bulbs. We
are happy to provide individual quotations to companies for the
supply of light bulbs together with customised order forms to
make ordering easier for your staff. Our Trade Counter operates
from 8.30am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. We look forward to being
