All orders placed through the January Sale section of the Warmmead website will be processed when our Internet Sales Office opens on Thursday the 28th of December. (please note the normal Warmmead Telephone number does not connect you with the Internet sales office and the normal Warmmead shopfloor staff will not be able to deal with any quieries or requests you may have)

All Internet orders are available for collection on the 28th / 29th of December and after the 2nd of January. All orders must be pre-paid before collection is possible. If you wish to collect an Internet January Sales Order you must firstly telephone our Internet Department on 024 7659 1013 and inform us of your intention to do so. We will then inform you of a time when your product will be available from. When visiting the store to collect you must ask for a member of the Internet department who will be happy to help you.

Please ensure you have a copy of your confirmation e-mail with you. Under no circumstances will any orders be released without an e-mail copy being present. You will be asked to sign and fill in a small form to confirm your identity before receiving your order.
